Example of Payment Terms:
Reservation fee: £100 - this will fix the price for 1 month
Deposit:    £1000 - to be paid within 1 month of Reservation.

Stage 1: 30% - within  6 weeks of Reservation (less deposit).
Stage 2: 20% - within  2 months of Reservation.
Stage 3: 20% - within  3 months of Reservation.
Stage 4: 15% - within  4 months of Reservation.
Stage 5: 10% - within  5 months of Reservation.
Final payment:  5% - 8 weeks AFTER your apartment is completed.

Price Increases:
These apartments are located in a very popular area and therefore, in line with other developments, we are anticiapting that the price will increase on a regular basis, with a major increase once we have a completed apartment for show.

We are anticipating that list prices will rise by at least 2% per month.
